My grandfather just passed away. On his will my father and his sister were named co-executors. It is worded like this:
I "my grandfathers name" hereby appoint "my aunt" and "my dad" as co executors of my will.
The executor shall.....etc.


Well my aunt is saying that my father is not considered an executor because her name is listed first. Even though it clearly states that he is a co-executor. She is claiming that because the second line says "executor" and not executor's' that because her name is listed first, that she is true executor. And will not allow my father in the house without her there and so on. Just being a real witch about it.

Any thoughts or advice?

the next few months. But my question is does anyone know how i could find out if there is anyone else going to be trying to take my income tax for the next year. I am kind of curious not sure and i doubt it no one will be. But maybe somebody has some sort of insight on this subject.

Because inmigrants come to this country and see opportunities americans that had lived here all their lifes cant see. Inmigrants prosper and they're just jealous and feel that something had been taken away from them. I know inmigrants that had came to this country pennyless and today they are rich. Stop being jealus and go out there and make it happen. If you pay attention theres always something you can learn about inmigrants.

Americans have a tendency to cool off in passion....with the passage of a relatively short period of time. Like a short term memory. Lets not lose momentum....this is why all the mexican activists extremist have silenced their efforts, so we Americans can forget, by the time of the next elections!

Every body knows that some good and bad behaviour and capabilities are more common in some races than in others.Yet If some one comments on that, or starts making comparisons, he/she is met with cries of racism. I think as long as one does not advocate something unjust to other races, he/she should be allowed that freedom of speech. What do you think?

Dear, Senator Spector...

Please enforce our laws, and represent Americans and America as a country of principle and virtue. Please focus your efforts to immigrants on the LEGAL path(previously and currently) - and to the will and honor of law abiding citizens and prospective citizens.

Illegal aliens currently occupying Americas territory, and their profit or well being should be a primary concern to the country of their origin, and not that of the United States of America, who has neither solicited or warranted their entry.

Please Senator Spector....Represent Americans, and stand strong with resolve against criminals that willfully and knowingly break "OUR" laws(laws are Americas first defense our front line).

I have a friend over there. I'm just paranoid!! Is there a list where I can check? Like this past week that the two guys were killed..one lived 3 streets away me :( ... they mention their names because their deaths were tragic since they had been kidnapped and mutilated, but what about the others? They say 3 soldiers died with a bomb here, 5 there, 6 here,... and they don't say their names. Is there a list that we have access to? Thanks!
