Why do we need it? Are the votes of the American people not enough?????

The electorial college only acts as a fail safe for the republicans to put their candidate in charge in close elections. We voted Al Gore in. Bush was appointed. Is that right?

Is this even a democracy without the right to vote?

Can someone tell me how to go about recovering child support from a father that lives in Georgia and one that i'm not sure where he lives? Has anyone ever used a child support recovery system? I have called and called my local enforcement division to try to get them to do something here in oklahoma and they just keep draggin their feet..The child support is ordered to be paid through the state of Oklahoma...Can someone please tell me what else to do, short of hiring a lawyer?...Thanks!!

But if you convinced the world that indeed it was an apple, would that make it true?

The American government is shifting...from an apple to an orange. We are a Democratic Republic by name, but by our government's actions, we are becoming a Fascist nation.

As our government shifts to Fascism (and eventually to Socialism) will we still insist that we are a Republic? Or will we start to call our government by the name it really has become?

Do you think ths is the inevitable evolution of the type of government founded by our fore fathers?
