1. can guinea pigs eat orange peel?
2. can they eat baby carrots with the leaves still on?
3. can they eat banana? and can they eat the peel?
4. can they eat kiwi skin?
5. will capsicum (pepper) seeds or stalks hurt them?

yesterday i got a guinea pig and my little bro's guinea pig seams to like her but now she seams to be getting jellous and what if muffy my little bro's guinea pig doesn't like crecent my guinea pig is that bad there both girls and haven't tried to atack and cresent would always go out of the igloo and bury her self but she likes to hide its fun for her i have them both in my lap right now muffy has been with us since october of 2006 they are doing fine right now but if you have or had 2 guinea pigs tell me if you think they like each other if you have questons about them email me please help

I know what to feed "my soon to be rat" for treats, but question about dry food. So, can I feed her/him hamster guinea pig food? that is about all they sell, unless I decide to feed it bird food. (catch my sarcasm?) I could see the food through the package, and it had plenty of seeds and pellets, and stuff. There was no hay or corn in it. Would this be okay, I mean, that is about all I can find here. Pet rats aren't exactly common around Little Rock. Rats are more of the thing that people want to kill here. Any way. Thanks.

I scattered some paper towel shreddings around his cage, and hes picking them up and running around with them, and itching himself like crazy. I have used this paper towel before, so I know its not scented, and stuff, but he seems to be going crazy.

My rat never used to bite me. She would kind of nibble my fingers very very lightly but just as a loving thing because she would lick me after. But now whenever I put her on my shoulder (she doesn't mind this) she starts to nip at my chin and cheeks, never breaking skin but still, it hurts. I regret asking this as my first question.

An acquaintance said he wouldn't eat at a particular restaurant because he could smell rats when he walked in. At the time I didn't have the oppourtunity to query him as to what rats smell like so I thought I'd ask people who actually own some.

I realize domestically kept rodents and feral rats are two different things....but I'm hoping someone may be able to describe the smell of a nest of rats.
