Go to the doctor. She should probably get a tetanus shot.
Also, don't stay at that apartment again until you've had it inspected by pest control.

see a doctor, she may need rabies shots :(
call the local health department and find out who deals in complaints of rats.

See a Dr. immediately and ask what she should do. Rats do carry rabies.

thoroughly disinfect the wound, bandage, and watch for foaming around her mouth. actually, disinfect well, keep an eye on it, lest it turn septic, and all should be well. MOVE, or BUY TRAPS
