yes! i have a rat named milo after milo ventimiglia on "heroes". also, my sisters have a rat named lenny which can be named after the turtle on "the wonder pets" ;)

Our hairless is named Yoda Rose, the "Yoda" part being of course after the Star Wars character. The "rose" is because it just seems to suit her.
We also had a very sweet rat named Zero, for the little ghost dog in Nightmare Before Christmas.

Over 4 years we had 8 rats- none had any famous names- Lily, Penny, Delilah, Maggie, Grace, Nikki, Aggie, and Sadie.

my rat name is Alexander the great(one of the most powerful Greek rulers!) I got it because he would always try to be the boss and he would store up tons of food(Alexander was know to be one of the richest peoples on earth)So I guess I named my lil ratty that beause hes like Alexander....I know Alexander isnt a actor but he was super famous!!!

2 of my rats are named Pinky and the Brain. Even though those were mice :D haha, I love rats

My first rat babies were Carter and Boyd (they both passed last year, Carter in July, Boyd in Oct, Boyd turned 4 last Sept, so they were fairly geriatric when they passed). I actually named them after members of my favorite band...and because, well, I thought they were cool names;)
My current rat is Lily, no real reason for it other than I like it and when I was trying to think of names for her, I would randomly say one to see her reaction, and when I said "Lily!" she looked up at me.

I had a rat named Splinter!! But he was much nicer than the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle bad guy! He was black and white and verrrrry fat, LOL! I also had a brown rat and her name was Snickers. She was so sweet!

We've got two twin boys named Chip and Dale! They're not chipmunks, but they are twins and nearly impossible to tell apart. So we kinda call them ChipandDale, all smashed together. Does that count as famous?

my friend had a mouse named Algernon but i guess that isn;t the same. I had a rat once named shirly temple because it looked like it had tap shoes on and it was all white except for a brown strip across his head wich looked like "curls" like shirly
