Reptiles - October 2007

For my b-day i'm getting a turtle and my mom said i can only get one that stays small.She said I can get it early (maybe). My b-day is October, 27th and i'm turning 12. I also need to know what type of food and habitat should i get for it and remember it has to be small.

Please tell me why there is faint black dots on my turtle her tank is very clean and she has a good filter and eats a proper diet of pellets and fruits and veggies and i have a UVA/UVB light and a heat lamp Please help!!!!

I don't want to take my turtles to the vet. They have white worms, what can I give them to deworm them.

I run a photo contest for Water Dragons and lately I have been doing themes but I cant think of any new ones.

Themes that have been done:
Water
Sleeping
Hiding

Theme Ideas I have
Eating
Funny (pics that make you laugh)
People (pics of wd around people)

I am seriously out of ideas
I cant do photoshop because not everybody has it or can work it.
I cant do pairs because some people only have one dragon.

Anybody have ideas?
I could do a halloween theme because thats the holiday coming up... whatcha think?

I have experience with taking care of other frogs, but none like them. What kinds are easiest to take care of? How much space does each frog require? What is the hardest part about taking care of them? Tips for making a living tank (tank with live plants and is able to break down wastes)? One of those exo terra vivarium tanks or a regular glass tank? Thanks
