I like owning new or exotic pets every once in a while. This time, I'm thinking of owning a baby 3 inch water turtle. Two pet turtles actually. Of course, i would feel uncomfortable if I bought a turtle without researching them. So I stayed night and day researching turtles. The most bothersome topic that drills in my head is a baby turtle's diet. My only question is, what in the world should I feed my new baby turtle? I certainly would never want to see an unhealthy turtle suffer because of my actions. I won't beg, but...help me!

i need some help with my 3 baby red eared sliders.
1. I feed them raffy i and raffy p.(the shrimp and the pellets. i noe they need fresh veggies but ive tried chopped carrots, lettuce, cabbage, and cantalope and they never eat any.
2. one of my turtles has a skinlike film peeling from its eyes down to its neck(now its hanging loosely at the end of its neck at the opening of the shell) What do i do? the same turtle also has puffy eyes but they open just like the others and it can see very well
3.some people say that you dont need uv lights if you bring them into the sun every day, is that true?
4.my turtles spend 95% of their time out of water on the rocks i provided them or on each other. is that ok?
If u could help me on any of these questions it would be a great help. thanks! :)

it seems to me that lizards hide, and you don't see them. Maybe under the bed or in the closets. How do you get them to come out?
