My dog and cat are best friends and love to play, but my dog is a pit bull and sometimes she bites the cat gently during play, but I want it to stop. I am worried the dog might bite my cat too hard and hurt him seriously. Is there anything I can do to stop them from playing together? Anything harmless I can spray on the cat to make him taste really bad to the dog?

Sorry, I am not in the loop on the recall on the pet food recall. I just heard about it. I have been staying with the same cat food for a long time. So hopefully I chose good.

V\Okay my three cats just had kittens.....one about 3 weeks ago........another 2 weeks ago..............and the last one a week and a half ago. Two of the mothers take care of the eleven kittens while one will just hiss at hers. I decided to move the kittens into a different box with another mother and her kittens. The mother takes care of all of the eight kittens in her box. But today when I went out there the kittens mother that wasn't feeding them was trying to attack her kittens but couldn't since our mother cat that takes care of the kittens was attacking her instead to get her away. The other mother cat that has three kittens in her box has two with a crust over her kittens eye. I keep wasing them off but they come back the vet said its an infection from living on a farm. He gave me some puff spray medicine but the mother cat won't feed them if they have it on their eyes. Is the mother trying to attack her kittens normal and is the mother not feeding the kittens

I recently got a rabbit from a friend. He is an 8 year old male mini rex and I think hes to old to get fixed. The problem is he wont leave my cat alone, she doesnt get around that great and he tends to knock her over and start humping her. He always follows her around and tries to get on top of her. How do I get him to leave her alone and maybe hump a stuffed animal or something? Please help!!

Ok, so my freind bought me a egg today( I asked for one), the chicked laid it last night, and he took it & kept it in a incubator & then bought the egg to school for me, So :

1. does this mean that the egg wont hatch even if I keep it heated 4 the 3 weeks required, because I been at school for the past 12-15 hours(long bus ride) So the egg wasnt really warm, the shell was a little cold

2.He bought me 2 eggs, but during school, I accdentely cracked one of them, but its a tinyyy crack, so did i damage my future chick?

3.So though my chick wasnt warm all today (cusi was at school), like about 15 hours, did I damage it anyway?

4. So now I have the two eggs, & like a heated lamp next to them, What next?

5. OO, & if I keep them togheer( the eggs) will I damage them?

6. How do i know if my egg will hacth? I dont want to leave my lamp on for 3 weeks & realze that the egg was not fertile.

THANK U GUYS!

I was thinking of a fish or turtle but I think turtles carry diseases. I don't want to get a dog yet because I don't think he's mature enough to handle the responsibility. What do you think?

I just got a baby bunny. she is seven weeks old. I found two poops today that were shiny, long, and curvy, and were made of squishy little clumped up balls of poop. Is this something I should be concerned about? Or is this just the poop that she eats to get vitimins out of?

I have a dwarf holland lop (3.5lbs) and am planning to move from D.C. to Miami for the summer. Delta says that you can take pet rabbits as carry on but my question is will he survive the flight?

He doesn't normally scare easily but will the change in air pressure affect him a lot?

For people who have successfully taken a rabbit on a plane, how did the rabbit do? Did you fix a diaper or something for the urine or did you just let it get absorbed by the carrying case?

Does any one know the history behind 4-H? Who started it, when where? Links to other cites would be great or common knowledge. Any other information on the subject would be great.
