My sister has two cats. The mother that has given birth three times in the last 2 years(she is getting her fixed in January) she is a good mommy but she just had a litter of 4(normal for her) they will be alomst 5 weeks old on Christmas Day. One died 2 days after birth and one of them now is losing weight, she is still feeding off of the mom, but the other 2 kittens are starting to eat soft food. She has been throwing up (it is white and runny). I told my sister to take it to the vet she won't have the money till in January, however I don't want to see anything bad happen to the kitten. My sister won't let me take it to the vet, is there anything I can do to help the kitten. I have already called animal control since she wouldn't let me take it to the vet. What else can I do?

have any of you ever lost a pet? what kind of pet and how did you feel? how did you loose it? i lost my german shepherd 2 years ago, and honestly he was everything to me.....he was my best friend, i had him since i was 3 and now i'm 21....i still cry thinking about him.... i was just curious to know how many people share my pain/ experience!

My wife wont let me kill them, but i live in oregon so its cold outside. does anyone know if they can survive in 30 deg weather? also will or can they harm any of my animals. 2 dogs and a cat?

I have this hamster it is a female and it looks like her cheeks are puffed? I guess you could say that it is all bumpy looking and if you like try to touch the "pouches" she does not like it at all. She is in a cage now with 2 other females do you think she is ok? Is she got stuffed pouches with pups or what? I could take some pictures of it if it helps any.

With a litter box im currently buliding him a cage adn do not want to fill the entire thing with bedding its a rather large cage if any1 knows if tis possible or any tips it would be great

You see I just bought a 1 yr old female hedge hog, and I was wondering if they bite. Im thinking she might be a little stressed from the drive.. As she kinda hiss just a bit. Maybe a few seconds. but nothing to major. :( but i am so scared to move her out of the basket i took her home in. :( i dont know what to do!

plz plz help me my guinea pig is looking really really big and every1 thinks that she is pregnant and she is in the cage with her sister and father of her baby and i dont have a clue what to due during her pregnancy and more importantly when she has given birth do i move the 2 others out of the cage? am i allowed to hold the babies and how long after shes had them am i allowed to hold them? how long are they pregnant for? when can they be sold plz plz plz help me it would be appreciated and i really do need to know even if you only know the answer to 1 that would be great plz plz plz help me thnx xxx

The sheriff just left my house. There really isn't much they can do. They told me that its a felony to steal someone's dogs. I came home and my gate was open and my doggies are gone!!! They CAN NOT open the gate by themselves, and it was open toward the inside. This requires lifting it about 1 inch over the concrete walkway. They did not escape because the fence is too high for them to jump. They did not dig a hole. I already looked. I am going to call the animal shelters and put up signs but still I doubt it will do any good.

They are beautiful twin sister cream chow chows. They are my babies. I am so horribly sad. Merry Christmas to me, huh?

My dashund is okay for a few days and then he scratchs himself terribly..I can`t give him benadryl as he is allergic to it and it makes him sick. He is a long haired Dashund.
