Does anyone feed their horses beet pulp?

I feed it to my horses mainly in the colder months, but have fed it during the summer when we ride more often. I feed it soaked, less of a chance of choke. They can eat it dry, but you get more out of it if you feed it wet. It is an aquired taste, so don't get frustrated if your horse wont eat it the first time you feed it. The first time I gave it to my gelding, he wouldnt touch it, so I put some horse cob in it with a bit of extra molasses and fed it to him like that for a few days, then started feeding it without the grain/molasses. He eats it from my hand now.

i give my horse wet beet pulp twice a day with her grain
after each feeding i just start more soaking and it is ready when i need it-she really likes it and it helps her keep weight on
