I've heard from lots of ppl that hamsters stink
is this true?
or is it just the cage that stinks???

Do guinea pigs lose their hair for the winter? Not LOSE it, but well..

My Peruvian long haired guinea pig's hair is getting wayy shorter. its winter where i am. he lives with his son who is only like 2 months old and they dont fight. Elvis, the one who' s losing hair, is a little under a year old.HELP!!!!?

can it be return to the wild at any time of its life. if not how long do they live for in captivity, and should I try and look after it or ring someone to come and get it. All ready have avairy for it. but it is near other birds ,can it be housed near birds. will it get any deseases being near birds all the time

i need some info or good sites about how to care for hedgehogs adn other info. i am thinking about getting one and every bit of info would be useful. i would look it up for myself but i computer is really slow adn it is easier to just all you all to be so kind and look it up for me... THANKS

I have 2 hamsters which lived together and one of them died. The other one seems to be not as playful as before. Is it suffering from depression due to the other one's death or is he normal?

l have always wanted a teddy bear hamster but am afraid of them biting. Can you tame them from a baby? What kinds of hamsters are there? What kind of housing do they need and what do you feed them? Do they smell if you clean them regularly? I have cats, how do you "kitty proof" their cage? And lastly, if they escape are they hard to catch (though my cats might do that first!)

when people have dogs they are outside most of the time or in a crate and people don't seem to have a problem with that....

And, what I mean by outdoor cat is....no litter box inside for obvious reasons. The cat is inside most of the time when we are home.

He is arriving him the morning and i was hoping to be able to take him on a gentle hack in the afternoon. is this acceptable or should he have a longer period of rest? He is coming from Ireland and then has a three hour journey from Holyhead to my home.
