These are horses bred & kept pregnant & in stalls to collect their urine to make Premarin, a hormone replacement drug for post-menopausal women. If their foals are not adopted, they are slaughtered. If you or someone you know can help, they are having a very big problem right now & are overwhelmed with horses that need homes - NOW! Please spread the word & help, if you can: http://www.pmufoaladoption.com/

Hey everyone!
I am getting a male bunny in three weeks. I have read that unfixed male bunnies tend to be aggressive and territorial. For anyone who has or had an unfixed male bunny, is it true? Are they really aggressive?
Thanks so much everyone!
Happy thanksgiving!!

my question is just how much does it cost to keep a horse? Not including the price of board. Im talking vet bills, feed, hay, tack, etc. I want answers from people who really have horses and know the facts. Thank you all for your help. = ]

I got my male syrian hamster this past September and everything seems to freak him out. He's overly-paranoid! I'm not sure how old he is but would guess he's 1/2 year-year old. He freezes at every noise and tries to avoid any human contact. After we do handle him, he buries a hold in a corner and sticks his head in it.

As he's getting older, will he ever stop being so paranoid?

These are some foals who were born to horses used in the manufacturing of the drug Premarin(the mare's urine is used) If homes are not found for the foals before Nov.30th.,they will be sent to auction and could be sold for slaughter. Here is the link to see the foals up for adoption.

My cats will do anything to get to olives! It's so weird. And they don't eat pieces of chicken. My dogs are vaccuums. One used to try to bury her treats in the house, running around and whining to find a good place! Then she'd resort to "digging" a hole in the carpet behind the chair (not a tuft moved!), push the bone under it and I swear she pushed the IMAGINARY dirt OVER where her bone was!
My cats think flowers delivered are for THEM. Oh, and our betta fish believes he's a shark and leaps up slightly out of the water to attack his food. (No he isn't starved!) Animals are fun and often full of adorable mischief. I look forward to hearing the peccadillos of other people's pets!

I was just wondering if this was a sign of a health problem. He will drink water like no other, and he never stops drinking it. He will lay next to his water bowl and stick his whole face in it. And he will get into the shower with me, and just drink by the drain, until there is soap involved then he gets pissed and leaves. I have to change his water about 3 times a day because if a dont he will scream at me and put his food in there until he does.
Is there something medicaly wrong with him or does he just love water?
