These are some foals who were born to horses used in the manufacturing of the drug Premarin(the mare's urine is used) If homes are not found for the foals before Nov.30th.,they will be sent to auction and could be sold for slaughter.Here is the link to see the foals up for adoption.

Wish I could...no money, time or space for a horse.

These babes are one of the reasons I refused to take the Premarin my doc perscribed.

I wish I could, but I already have my hands full with a foal of my own. A close friend did save two Percheron foals from this situation though, and I am currently training them. It's such an awesome feeling to know we saved two lives, and have offered them so many oppurtunities. The training is going very well, they ignore the other horses and run up to me in the pasture and then willingly follow me around. They lounge, ground drive, and have had a saddle on their backs.
