I'm interested in "adopting" an animal from the wild. I see a few different places to do this from, but I'm looking for something more specific. I'd like to be able to donate money to a ONE animal in need. I'd like to be able to see that particular animal, get pictures, etc. Kind of like adopting a child in need, where someone donates money to a child and receives pictures of that particular child, a letter on what that money is going toward, etc. Is there a program that works this way?

We wanted to get a dog but both work so dont really have time for walkies and I detest cats as they are too shifty. The solution - House rabbit - toilet train really well and are as playful and loyal as a dog! Should they be be moved from outside in the cold to the warmth of our houses?

I live in London in a working class area. Every night at around 2 am or 4 am, I can hear monkeys sreaming for about 15 minutes. It comes from a gated area that seems to be a factory and which is located behind my house. I am absolutely certain that these are monkeys because I have lived in places where there was monkeys in the wild and that is precisely the noise they make.

My suspicion is those are illegally smuggled chimps (or another type of monkeys) and that they open the door at night to ventilate a little bit for a couple minutes.

I really want to contact the RSPCA so they can investigate but as I live in the gettho, I`m very much affraid of having to divulge any contact info because I am affraid of retaliation (like death threats or a rock in my window).

What`s the best way to handle this completely confidentially?

(calling the cruelty hotline requires that I leave my name and address and I don`t want to do that).
