My money would be on a tiger. It is a predator with a natural instinct to hunt and kill. A panda eats bamboo and does not hunt and therefore would not have a great fighting technique or instincts to do so.
The tiger weighs between 100kg and 300kg and the panda weighs between 99kg and 112kg so the tiger has a great weight advantage.

More interestingly would who would win between a tiger and a grizzly bear!!

all depends on environment best suited to the animal a panda is big heavy and power full a tiger swift and big once the tiger has the panda down it is good night the tiger has a technique even the panda cant over come and they do it for a living (to eat) were as a panda lives on plants and things so it has to be the tiger mate think about it a ford dodge can go fast but a smaller car built for speed can out manoeuvre it Dave

It would be over in the blink of an eye.
A Tiger is a carnivore which uses it's strength and power to hunt and kill larger prey.
The Panda is a medium sized omnivore (mainly bamboo) which is powerful enough to stop silly humans from messing with it.
One charge, one bite to the back of the neck, Tiger has Panda for dinner.

A tiger simply because they are born carnivors and hunters. A panda is a herbavor, they dont have many fight techniques since they live in trees compared to the tiger.

A tiger because it can run very fast and has nasty big pointy teeth. A panda is slow and large and is conisderablyless powerful than a tiger. Also it would probably be asleep.

I would say a tiger because a panda is not a fighting animal, but I am not sure.

Tiger. Panda's are quite fierce when threatened but still no match for the agility and speed of the tiger.

Plus Tiggers have springs on their butts so they could bounce away from danger!

it would may be the tiger. For the record, pandas do nevertheless have the teeth of carnivores in spite of their weight loss application predominantly being bamboo, yet nevertheless i think of the tiger's length, weight, and velocity might provide it the income.
