Right I am one of the people that if my dog poops I have my little poop scoop and bag it and bin it, but I am constantly passing horse dung in the road or on the pavement, and no one seems to care.
Now if my dog poops and I don't clear it up I can get fined anything from £50-£100 depending on where I am. My point is a horse leaves behind a much larger deposit, and these people don't clear it up, and get away with it, its disgusting.
I pay my road tax, but horses use the roads and do what they like why should I pay for them. I am not against horses at all but I think something should be done.
Am I on my own with this one or are there more people out there feel the same? I am in the UK so things may be different elsewhere.
