Today, she was on the bed and she was walking, then she arched her back really high and moved her front paw up and down for 20 seconds until i stopped her? She also escaped from the house today but we found her so would that have anything to do with it?

If not fixed, I would say going into heat. If fixed, and old I would say a chance of a stroke, if neither, just watch her and see what else she does, write it down and ask a vet.

Probably just streching. My cat walks around, arches his back, and walks with all his legs stretching out. It's silly looking.

Poor thing is in heat. Does she howl or whine loud, not like a normal meow?

did you check her paws for anything that could stick her? like glass or something that would make her uncomfortable? is she declawed? if yes for how long. if it was recent...(within the past 2 months) she may have stepped in something that caused some irritation....all things to look for

my cats do this once in awhile i think it is just their way of stretching nothing to worry about but do your best to keep kitty inside
