Couldn't it be easy to say that the most horrible criminals out there are insane? A woman who cuts a baby out of a womb, anyone the murders someone just because they want to kill someone but most of all pedophiles. It must take a really insane mind to want to have sex with a child or touch a child sexually? I would guess to say that person is mentally ill. It seems most of the time when a parent kills their child it is an insanity plea to? Insane or not don't you think Insane people deserve same punishment as sane? Get them on meds yes while in prison. I know alot of people that have mental illness but still no right from wrong. Does anyone else feel the insanity plea is abused and they deserve the same sentence regardless of their mental state? I am not talking about developmentally disabled individuals I am talking about people with mental illness. They can easily get out of prison and go off their meds and do it again.

A woman accused of killing a pregnant woman and stealing the baby from the victim's womb is going on trial in the United States.

On trial: Lisa Montgomery 39, is charged with the kidnapping and resulting death of Bobbie Jo Stinnett.

It is alleged Montgomery strangled Ms Stinnett, 23, and used a kitchen knife to cut the baby from her womb and take her as her own.

The baby, Victoria Jo Stinnett, survived the attack in December 2004 in Kansas City, Missouri.

It is believed the accused was nine months into a fake pregnancy and was desperate for a baby because her family were asking questions about her pregnancy.

Montgomery has pleaded not guilty and her lawyers have said they plan to use insanity as a defence.

I'm posting this for information more than anything else. So far it's mainly been major contributors that have been the target of lawsuits by the music industry. Thursday a jury found in favor of the recording industry against a single mom for a total of 24 songs.

I'm not making any kind of judgment, but I think this is something you sould be aware of if you download music, movies, and/or software. Not just because of the target but because the lawsuit was successful which may result in more lawsuits against small time users/contributors.

i heard a news story this eve. that an internet ring of over 40 men was busted...pedophiles. really guys, do you have thoughts about why so many men engage in this abhorrent behaviour? they were witnessing 4 to 9 year olds being raped and molested! do you think it's time for decent men to try to do something....if so, what ideas do you have? this is a horrible commentary on the male of the species, can you help?

my contractor died this Monday in a car accident.

So, why do people think all Muslims are terrorists just because of 19 people? I mean, what if 19 Christians come together and try to kill Muslims by planting a bomb in 4 different important buildings or crashing into 4 buildings with a plane? People would just accept it because they don't wanna mess with the largest religion in the world. And don't forget Islam is the 2nd largest religion and is growing faster than any other religion. You know why? Because some people actually study Islam and see that it's peaceful. Islam comes from the Arabic word salam, which means peace.

I am not a conspiracy theorist and believe that 19 Al-Qaeda terrorists hijacked aircraft and used them as weapons. What baffles me is the nature of the hijackings. They took over the aircraft with box-cutters and the threat of a bomb. Hijackings are nothing knew and I don't recall knives being used to hijack aircraft in the past. I believe this is more than possible but why did they use knives instead of more conventional weapons such as firearms?

1. Jet Fuel causes a black thick and sticky cloud of smoke/smog that burns for a very long time and spreads rapidly with EXTREME heat. Please look at the pentagon after pictures and tell me what 'white goods' and creme coloured walls you see un- smoke or fire damaged.

2. Look at as many CLEAR pictures as you can, of a plane entering the Towers. Look verrrry hard and find its windows. Please dont take this one as an absolute joke. Just look around on the net and find some etc.PLEASE!

3. Why was there no video evidence of a plane entering the pentagon?. Not one of the security video's facing the Pentagon was operational and immediatley after, a service station's recordings were confiscated my GOVT officers.
