In Nevada, if it can inflcit damage on a human being it's considered a deadly weapon, but not a firearm. An auto can be considered in the category of a dangerous weapon if it used to deliberately hit someone to injure him.
It's an important definition because anyone who commits a crime with the use of a deadly weapon has the sentence doubled.

No not firearms but in the Uk they would be considered a dangerous weapon and you could be arrested for even carrying one.
