why not get rid of all the vile filth that fills our airwaves? that woul include Jerry Springer, Howard Stern, vulgar comedians like Chris Rock and Eddie Murphy who think that over the line vulgarity somehow is funny, sexist lyric singing rappers etc. Imus deserves what he got in my opinion for denegrating those talented young female athletes. But America should also be spared these other creeps. Oh did I forget to mention Al Sharpton, possibly the biggest race baiter and blighter of all?

Don Imus is off the air for good. If he ever wanted to go back on the air, he'll have to wait a year or so untill things settle down. He'll probably be heading for satelite radio in the near future, maybe Sirius or XM.

Much as the USA likes to think the whole world revolves around it, it doesn't, so the fuss over a guy called Imus bewilders me.
Not that he should be 'pardoned' for ethnic slurs, or anything, I just don't understand WHAT he actually said.
Some questions re what he said and what was objectionable:
1) Was it the 'nappy-headed' bit that was most offensive?
2) Does 'nappy-headed' refer to babies or to Afro-American/Black (whatever the present acceptable term is) head coverings?
3) What's a 'ho'/what are 'hos' in the sense he used the word? I've always seen and heard it used as a pejorative for ho/mo/sexual(s), nothing else.

Genuinely want to know - not stir up more hassles, so reasoned answers, pleae.

Its ok for blacks to call other blacks ho's, ni**ers and bi*ches, when someone of another race says something to 'offend' another person that is grounds for termination? Read the Constitution people...We have rights. The freedom of speech, public, private or MSNBC. Are you kidding me,all of our families came here for freedom,(we have Constitutional rights),not to have Rev. Jesse Jackson or NAACP screaming 'injustice for all' every time THEY see fit. Arent we all suposed to be equal? Who cares what Imus said. Its all political BS anyways, let him continue with his show,he has the RIGHT to express his comments however he sees fit. If it was that bad the FCC should have bleeped it.

Now that the Duke lacrosse rape case has been dismissed, will the "reverend" Sharpton race to apologize to the players whose lives were altered forever because of this incident?

Maybe he's still busy grilling Imus, as if he's a prosecuting attorney.

I was shocked to hear how heartless the man could be. This woman cannot have children, yet her ex sat calmly saying he was not ready for fatherhood.

I hope in years to come when he is ready for fatherhood he thinks back to the womans life he has now shattered.

Why could he have not allowed her to try is beyond me.
She could have fulfilled her maternal instincts but i guess she will never have that opportunity now.

What does everyone else think.

Only America`s press, con and lib, could be so childish (and/or $$$ minded) and negligent to do what they are doing right now.........and only the ignorant are falling for all of this BS. Like it or not, it`s the white liberals and many of Americas blacks that are the true racists. If you`d like to talk more in detail, email me...otherwise your Yahoo Answer will do. If you have a level head, I`d love to talk racism in America with you......

My personal feeling is he's had far too long to spout his hatred of everyone on a public forum. I think he should be fired! Shame on the stations who air his venom for thinking money is all that matters.

What about the multiple explosions reported on that fateful day?
The idea that flight 93 landed in Ohio and there was no plane crash in Pennsylvania?
The undeniable fact that these two buildings could not have fallen so quickly without demolishon/help?
computer simulation programs show thta they would have needed 20 times as long to fall

The Government's continued refusal to release so many tapes (like the hotel and convenience store camera footage)
The facts that Government officials claimed that it was a missle that hit the Pentagon?
The lack of wreckage?
Supposed participants who 'died' and are proven alive in other countries?
How did the state govenor have the authority to order the shipment of the rubble to a foreign country, before the FEDERAL investigators could even start a real investigation?
What about the demolishon cuts clearly visible in the columns of the towers?
what about the obvious demolishon of building 7?
