It was a CIA operation and the "tramps" at the fence atop the grassy knoll gave the fatal shot

He was struck by two bullets- one a metal-jacket bullet as fired by Oswald. It passed through him, and several other passengers- most likely he would have died from the wounds.
The 2nd was completely different bullet. IOt was a bullet designed to fragment or deform on impact- that's why JFK had his skull explode from the bullet- it took with it parts of the skull as exited.
Furthermore, JFK's head had the severe exit wound to the rear- meaning the bullet must have entered from the front.
The Secret Service at the time had an agent armed with an AR-15- a semi-automatic version of the M-16 military gun. This gun has a much higher bullet velocity7 than the Oswald obsolete rifle, and very probably was armed with anti-terror or anti-personnel bullets such as hollow-points or 'dum-dums'. This is still the case with Secret Service officers and Air Marshalls. The reason they use these bullets is so it takes the target down first shot and the bullet does not travel on to hit any bystander- as it destroys itself within the tartet's body.
Some people claim to have hear one shot, followed by two in quick succession- indicating not only two definite shots-as even evidenced by JFK wounds on his autopsy, but the second shot or second two shots could be attributable to the echo of the AR-15 firing- having a much louder bang as it is a much more powerful weapon- or even that the Ar-15 did fire two shots- as it is a semi-automatic rifle and could easily fire off two shots within less than a second- unlike Oswald's gun which was bolt-operated- and takes about 3-5 seconds to reload and fire.
It is highly likely that in reacting to Oswald's first shot, the Secret Service agent turned to look whilst holding the AR-15, and accidentally discharged the weapon- thus shooting JFK in the head.
Answer- the Secret Service agent holding the AR-15 at the time- but a tragic accidental shooting.
This isn't a conspiracy theory- but it is the summary of a book written by a ballistics expert concerning the Kennedy death- it does not attempt to explain why, or what if's of the assassination- simply point out how the shooting and wounds occurred.

Good morning! This will be the most puzzling question of all times! And I feel that we will never know the truth on this sad issue. In my opinion, JFK may have had his faults, and some didn't like his ideals while he was in office but me personally, I liked him! Of course I was very young when this incident happened but I will never forget it either. I believe I have watched all the documentaries that involved this case and the controversies. And in my own opinion, I feel it was a conspiracy by our own government. It's too coincidental that both JFK and his brother Bobby were assassinated within 5 yrs of each other. JFK in 63 and Bobby in 68. Now if this wasn't a conspiracy from our own government then it was from another. I feel that Oswald was just a "pawn" in this trap of conspiracy and was blamed for something he might have not done. He was murdered before he could actually state his side, so to me since their wasn't any courts to decide on a "guilty charge" no jury, then this man should be treated as innocent until "proven guilty". Now what I have learned by watching these documentaries on the "History channel" and others alike, that they had proven that there had been 3 shots fired not just one that they so-called claimed. And from different directions, not just where Oswald supposedly was stationed at. There are too many unanswered questions to this incident and we will probably never know (for sometime) on what actually occured. Now also it's awful funny that the authorities had mentioned that Oswald was a Russian defective and Sirhan Sirhan was from where? Iran? Iraq? The point is, why were these two, so conveniently from another country? Was it to throw us people off the real murderers? It makes one think! I believe that there are two other shooters out there that know the truth, if they aren't dead already by the same people that had them do the crime.JFK and Bobby both were too interested in the "wrong people" such as the "rat pack" and Marilyn Monroe. I think she knew too much and that's why she was murdered also. Now as we all know and have learned thru the yrs that Jackie wasn't all that honest either when it came to relationships. While JFK was "doing his thing" with Marilyn, Jackie and her sister was with Onassis. So..figure that one!...lol. Maybe Onassis had something to do with JFK's assissination?...hmmm. Greek mafia maybe? I don't believe he had anything to do with Bobby's murder but it's a thought on JFK's. So these are my thoughts on the issue. Good luck on your question. Have a great day!

Well looking at all the evidence and taken from the real quotes of the time by people involved, I would say that there was no conspiracy at all.
Lee Harvey Oswold used to be a marine and was totally capable of shooting the rounds off in the time mentioned in the reports. The evidence using the CIA Kennedy tool shows that he was shot in the depository bookstore from Oswolds position and he was seen carrying the rifle in a bag. There was no grassy knoll involved that is just for the film to add to the story (like the plot in the da Vinci code in the book rather than the facts).
Jack Ruby liked JFK very much and was in the habbit of visiting the police station involved and was never questioned-he was able on a number of occations to take his gun into the station without question. What made the difference in this case is that he hated Oswold for killing his hero and saw him laughing with the PC handcuffed to him, thought and reported at the time,"How dare he Kill Kennedy and laugh about it!" He thought that Oswold was mocking JFK and felt justified that what he did was right. As Oswold passed Ruby, he shot him before anyone realised what had happened.
The delay in the reports of JFK's death and the consequence of the slow reports that followed gave some the idea that it was a conspiracy. The facts speak for themselves but it is easyier without the real facts and reports to join in the theory.
IF you want to start a new conspiracy you might as well say Buggs Bunny did it.

there's no question that Oswald assasinated JFK, and positively, replaced right into a lone gunner. This has been placed to sit down down back. An authoritative e book via criminal expert Vincent Bugliosi (prosecuted Manson in the late 60's) replaced into printed final 300 and sixty 5 days. Get it in case you doubt this.

It was The First Lady Jackie Kennedy, she had maxed out the presidents credit cards for the 3rd time, needed to claim on the insurance and lets face it, only the president stood between her and Onassis , an even bigger money tree (the richest man in the world).
She had the best motive of all to hire contract killers. :-)
Did you see her reaction when he was shot? One of the greatest Heroes of the 20th century goes down and she just thought about herself with no regard for the man next to her. What a b i t c h .
It is sad that she is revered , she despised the president and was a constant source of anguish to him, no wonder he played away from home so often.
We wont know who killed him for at least another 60 years and I wont be around then.

It was probably all planned by the "establishment" - from the top military brass, to the FBI and other similar institutions - who were pretty much pissed off with JFK's policies - eg: the failed "Bay of Pigs" fiasco,face-off with Cuba and the Soviet Union and his move towards a peaceful resolution, his personal tendency not to give in to the military and his general mistrust of them, and things he was leaning towards like civil rights - the black american issue - his obvious friendship with Martin Luther King - the list could go on.
He had to be stopped - and he was. Good presidents with strong life-changing agendas never live long do they? ( eg; Abraham Lincoln )
Its not surprising that G.W.Bush has lasted so long is it..?!

Was Hoover around at the time? It will never be known. Anyone of them could have done it. Assassinating a President is probably the easiest crime to get away with because there are sooooooooooo many suspects.
