I would buy one if they didn't look like they came straight out of the M&M factory. Why not put a sports car body style on a hybrid?

There are signs everywhere. Muslims are fighting muslims. Religious divisions are everywhere.

I smell a major war brewing in the Middle East. It will be a war with many fronts.

Can you all sense it?

What did you think of Mitt Romney's usage of the word, we..Mitt said we made the decision to go to war with Iraq and we are the ones that made this war in Iraq happen and Mike Wallace cut him off and said it isn't "we" but George Bush and Dick Cheney that made that decision to go to war. What did you think of Mitt's use of the word "we."

Current high fuel costs are ENTIRELY due to big oil price fixing as there is a glut of crude oil world wide.

You know, she has had some run ins with the law. What would she have done if she hurt someone? Oh, she thinks because she is young and attractive that should excuse her? Well you are an adult Paris Hilton, time to deal with it!
I had a friend who is a double amputee from a drunk driver and suffered brain damage.
People should not get so many chances. She broke the law, she should see how people have been hurt, physcially and emitonally from drunk and careless drivers. She should visit with families who have to deal with their loved ones handicap or those who have lost a love one. I think that would be appropriate.

I have lived all my life if British occupied Ireland and have always supported those who seek to resist British rule. In recent years the Provisional IRA have betrayed the Irish people by surrendering their weapons and sending their political representatives to help administer British rule in the North. Recently the IRA have asked our people to give their support to the police force in the North even though these people have been involved in mass murder against Catholics in the North and still to this day, work hand in hand with Loyalist terror gangs. What do people think will be the best way forward for our people to end the British occupation, should we return to war or should we work within the political system to achieve an All-Ireland republic?

When do you think the papers are going to wake up to public opinion? Or will they just keep playing the politically correct 'dont dare upset the greiving parents' role.

I havent seen one paper take them to task yet. And yet they are more than happy to rip the Portugese police to shreds, despite the fact that even the British police who are over there helping them havent been able to do anything either (but we'll keep quiet on that one, no need to highlight our own failings).

If all the generals and politicians have agreed that a milirary solution is not going to work in Iraq, why have we instituted this military surge with several thousand more troops?

Also, what do you think about the Iraqi governent taking a 2 month vacation?

Senator Harry Reid from Nevada says "This war is lost and the usrge is not accomplishing anything". Personally, I don't agree with this at all and I think that saying it brings a lot of grief and a lack of support for our troops overseas. However, I am open to your input. I don't believe in cutting and running and I think that the media that we have now is corrupt and won't broadcast the progress we've made and the people who have been set free from a evil dictator (Sadaam Hussein). My brother's a Marine and I know that I'd never want him to hear something like that. A comment like that would tear away any hope that they have. And you always hear about these polls that say that so many people think the war's a lost cause, but nobody interviewed me or my family. So who's doing the polls? I'm very upset about this and I just want to know if there's anybody out there who can give me a straight and honest answer about this.

Will it work or not?
Here's what I think are the good point and bad points:

Good:
Although people keep saying it won't work because everyone will just buy on the 14th and 15th the thing is is that the oil companies are putting out as much as they can a day. They usually don't leave room for storage. If the gas is not bought in the US for one day they are going to have absolutely no where to store that extra gas. Therefore they would have to put the prices way down to get rid of it as fast as possible.

The bad:
Once they've lowered prices for to get rid of the extra gas they will bounce right back up. Probably by the next day. Another thing, if no one is buying gas couldn't this possibly put the stock market into a frenzy and worst-case scenario crash the economy? If not send it plummeting.

What do you think?

Hillary for personal reasons has just dropped out of the presidential race. Do you think this almost assures Obama the presidency in 2009? Or do you think that the Republicans will give him a run for the money in 2008? Your thoughts are appreciated.
