You can go back to the ancient records of old civilizations such as the Mesopotamians, the Egyptians and the Greeks, and you can always find people deploring the state of the world.
Bertrand Russell says:
"Man is a rational animal -- so, at least, I have been told. Throughout a long life, I have looked diligently for evidence in favor of this statement, but so far I have not had the good fortune to come across it ...
"On the contrary, I have seen the world plunging continually into madness. I have seen great nations, formerly leaders of civilization, led astray by preachers of bombastic nonsense...
"All this is depressing, but gloom is a useless emotion. In order to escape from it, I have been driven to study the past ... and have found ... that folly is perennial, and yet the human race has survived. The follies of our time are easier to bear when they are seen against the background of past follies....
"Perhaps the result may help in seeing our own times in perspective, and as not much worse than other ages that our ancestors lived through without ultimate disaster."

Places will never completely stop being ran by morons. It's the human condition.
However, after a period of war and turmoil which we are just starting into, I think we can expect a much better world situation starting in about 20-25 years. That's the historical cycle.

Each country is shades of gray different, so will address USA. Nothing going to change till we get new political party and voters have choice of voting none of these candidates. Two wars were fought to end all wars. Currently in conflict to start third world war. Remember pledge that when Iraq ask us to leave we would. Jury still out on new congress, but so far only their PR has been good.

No because as the Bible says (not to get religious on you) The whole world lies in the power of the wicked one. Until God says enough is enough it will only get worse. Then when he says the wicked ones will be cut off and righteous will live forever in peace and security

its been like this since day 1, the human is so self destructive ruining there habitat, and adding chemicals to our food and we kill each other and we haven't changed or learned nothing from our past. Is this why we are going to outer space to find another solar system so we can pollute up the habitat.
