They are not even real spiders... i suppose they can give a pinch, but they do not have venom nor true fangs.

I am sure they have came over on planes.... what arthropods havent? However, I do not believe that they would survive in a climate like ours in comparison to the middle east desert that they are native to. SO, if they do arrive, chances are that they wont survive here. If they do survive... they really are harmless, so dont worry. All those things you hear about them are myths.

The only Iranian spider I have heard of is the Iranian movie "Along Came a Spider," a documentary of the "spider serial killer" Saeed Hanaei, of the 1980s; he allegedly had religious motives for murdering 16 prostitutes.
I've never heard of any spider that ate human flesh, or in fact any that ate food it didn't catch. However, the bites of some spiders have been blamed for causing necrosis of the victim's flesh; it is not clear whether spider venom is involved, or whether they carry bacteria that cause this, or even, in some cases, whether a spider bite was even the cause.

What you've heard is probably a hoax.
There are thousands of such stories. All spiders are flsh-eating (carnivorous). Apart from a few species of spiders that are poisonous, most are harmless.
Even the black widow is only really harmless to the elderly or children. Adults usually recover from the bite.
