I was just wondering why people pay so little attention to the 1.3 million people in america who have aids. thats as many people as serve in the military, but the people in the military arent all going to die.
I kind of feel that the news has let us down by putting so much emphisis on the war in iraq, but puts so little emphisis on something that is so dangerous to us. Getting rid of aids should be our biggest priority. Its more deadly to americans than the second world war, yet we go long periods of time without it coming to mind.
Does anybody feel the same way?

The former Italian Prime Minister recently had heart surgery in Ohio USA. Why would he go all the way to Ohio? Is the Italian/European healthcare system really that bad?

I am speaking of the way Yahoo has limited our Free Speech and the fact that Hitler (Bush) and Satan (Gates) have oiled the gears of the Draft Propaganda.

What are your thoughts as citizens. Paid propagandists will be laughed at, and then shot at some point.

Watching Donald Trump on TV giving Miss America a second chance got me thinking. Why is Donald Trump the boss of Miss America? I thought he was a real estate mogul, I would have thought her boss would be Hugh Hefner or Bob Barker. Why is Donald Trump her boss?

We have seatbelt laws, speeding limits, helmet laws, leash laws, laws against littering, laws against carrying conceled weapons, even laws against crossing he street in the wrong place. Why? To keep us safe, right? Then why on earth isnt there a law that prohibits people from foolishly attmping to climb a mountain like Mt Hood or Everest???

isn't school(k-12)like prison because we go everyday(its illegal not to)and we can't leave.then we spend hours learning things that we'll never use(my teachers say we won't use 90% of what we learn)and this pretty much kills our imagination and will to learn and its lie shoving things down our throats like brainwashing but what do you think?

While I respect that things could get worse if we leave, though I don't think we should have gone in, I also think the principle of fixing what you break is precluded when those you are responsible for won't stop killing themselves, risking the creation of a power vacuum with leaders taking over who they might niavely believe can make their lives better. The Iraqis so much seem to want to destroy themselves. Am I so wrong for thinking that their internal behavior has just about wiped clean our responsibility to fix their country? What right do they have to want us to fix things when they won't stop aiding their own destruction?

War with Iran

I'm not sure how many of you need a quick overview of who Mahomud Ahmadinejad is, the president of Iran but we are basically on the verge of war with Iran. Except what people don't realize is we already are at war with Iran. I dont wanna waste my time to explain who he is, or what Iran means to the middle east. But this is a man who says the holocaust is a myth, and held a conference last weekend to talk about how it was a lie. He supplied hezbollah arms to launch attacks on Isreal. Iran is responsible for most of the insurgency in iraq, and the fact of the matter is the only way through Iraq is through Iran.

It's time we go to war with american pride, and quit letting the world decide how we protect our own nation's security. I hope Bush understands this, and that if we fail to do so in 15 years it'll be deja-vu all over again except a much tougher war, and a hell of alot more terrorist attacks.

They said 36 billion last year. Do you guys think that the pro war on drugs lawmakers will get a clue that the prohibition of vices without victims is not working and that it will never work? Have we forgotten how the prohibition of alcohol gave rise to crime? If we are going to pick and choose then we should at least pick something better for our bodies and minds than alcohol and tabacco. What do you think?

KARACHI (Reuters) - Religious organizations in Pakistan are using the Internet to help Muslims in Western countries buy and sacrifice animals for an annual festival.
We all know the internet is being used for all sorts of evils, porn, gambling.. now ritual murders of animals. nice. Apparently this is a convenient service for uncivilized people living in the civilized world to kill animals which would otherwise be illegal. I think these people should still be charged for cruelty to animals. What's next? We can pay and order some human beings kills in some undeveloped country? So sad and disgusting
