War with Iran

I'm not sure how many of you need a quick overview of who Mahomud Ahmadinejad is, the president of Iran but we are basically on the verge of war with Iran. Except what people don't realize is we already are at war with Iran. I dont wanna waste my time to explain who he is, or what Iran means to the middle east. But this is a man who says the holocaust is a myth, and held a conference last weekend to talk about how it was a lie. He supplied hezbollah arms to launch attacks on Isreal. Iran is responsible for most of the insurgency in iraq, and the fact of the matter is the only way through Iraq is through Iran.

It's time we go to war with american pride, and quit letting the world decide how we protect our own nation's security. I hope Bush understands this, and that if we fail to do so in 15 years it'll be deja-vu all over again except a much tougher war, and a hell of alot more terrorist attacks.

Yes, Iran has been at war with us through Iraq. Another way to look at it is that the radical Muslim dictatorships have been at war with us since 1979 (Iranian embassy take-over).

Iran wants nuclear weapons. What will Iran do with them? I don't know, but another good question is: How much should we trust a nuclear Iran?

We cannot trust Iran with nuclear weapons. Therefore they must be stopped, and the only way is militarily. Maybe the US will do it, maybe Israel will do it (as Israel did to Iraq around 1981, thank God).

Muslim dictatorships are the cause of international terrorism. I haven't heard a better idea of how to end international terrorism than Bush's plan to end Muslim dictatorships. Bush has said all along that it will be very costly, and it will take a long time. But it's worth it.

I don't know what has sapped America's will to win, but it is pretty much sapped. Part of the blame goes to Bush, for not leading us better. A leader will rally his people.

I hear things about current Rules of Engagement, I hear we're not letting our troops do what they need to do to win. I don't know, but I hope that's not true. We should have learned that lesson from the Viet Nam war.

If we continue to fight with our current rules of engagement, and obsess about civilian casualties then there is no point to fighting with Iran. Our media, ever since vietnam, undermines our military engagements by constantly printing only negative information about our soldiers. If we could fight Iran with full air and navy power, then I would support it. But I'm against entering conflicts when we are weakened by the media and Geneva Convention guidelines that only we abide by. Let our men go in there with no restraints, no rules of engagement and fight on the same terms as our enemy Islamic nuts fight on.
