It is lookig more and more likely that the McCanns are going to be charged with the manslaughter of their daughter. Kate McCann professes to be a staunch catholic (when it suits her as IVF treatment is not allowed in the catholic religion). How could they dispose of poor little Madeleines body without letting her have a proper Christian burial. How could they leave her there in a foreign country with no one to visit her grave. They have thrown her away like a piece of rubbish to hide their guilt. They are monsters.

Is anyone else as fed up with it as I am?

I'm not cruel or heartless, it's a tragic thing that their daughter's dissappeared but PLEASE......

1st) y did they leave her alone?
2nd) y did they say they'd "never come back to England without her" & as soon as they're suspects they flee straight back here?
3rd) Y r the press STILL involved?
4th) Y are they're now complaining that the press that they've been running to every couple of hours is now camped on their English Country doorstep?

However, tommorow, I am starting a course of "Champix", the new stop smoking drug.

If proven guilty what kind of punishment is just? Would You give her or if You know is expected unter Portugese law? The Portugal Police themselves state that... i quote, "It is not certain that traces of blood found in a car rented by Kate and Gerry McCann match that of their missing daughter Madeleine, the director of the Portuguese judicial police said as they prepared to report to prosecutors on Tuesday. "None of the results of the analyses allows one to say with certainty that the blood comes from X or Y," Alipio Ribeiro said on Portuguese public television station RTP."

HOWEVER:
Citing experts from the government-owned Forensic Science Services (FSS) lab in Birmingham, The Sun tabloid reported that blood found in the car was an exact DNA match to Madeleine.
So, is it that the armchair detectives here on YA base their so-called "evidence" on nothing but reports from a tacky tabloid like The Sun??? Now, what does that ...um...PROVE???
NOTHING, except that they relish sensationalism that reeks of a witch-hunt.

I am watching a news report now, and so far in a 2 minute "piece of news", she must have said "er" about 10 times.

Within a week the McCanns have both become official suspects in Portugal for the disapearance and possible killing of their own daughter. They fled Portugal and returned home to their own village despite publicly announcing that they would not return until their daughter was found. They, via their family, heavily criticised the Portuguese Police and the forensics evidence while at the same time hiring the UK's top anti extradition lawyer. They have approached the fund set up to find their daughter and asked that it pay their legal fees. In addition to all that they put Philomena McCann on national TV as their 'expert' spokesperson.

Has the last week been a Public Relations disaster for Kate and Gerry McCann - is it a turning point ?

their Madeleine & hiding evidence, are you 100% certain that they are guilty? You are? What significant evidence/ proof against them do you have? You don't? Oh...then there might still be a 1% chance that they are innocent of murdering their Madeleine, isn't there?
And you still dare to take the high risk of making such a serious & henious accusations against them?

NOW, Would you dare to do it under your real name? In a Court of law? In the presence of witnesses?
OR would you wait for significant evidence/ proof against the McCanns before you dared to take such a step...

If you'd wait, like any decent, rational adult would, then all your accusations & insinuations here on YA are worse than just conjecture & speculation... nothing but cruel COWARDICE at its worst.

If they do believe the McCanns killed her why are they not looking for her body. I thought you couldn't be charged with a murder unless you have a body or is that just in UK. I do believe the McCanns know something but this seems strange to me.

Do you think this series is a good thing or a bad thing, and why? I think it is great and is working, but since I live in Texas, the time they were in Murphy (Dallas area), all I hear is a bunch of complaints and stuff which I think is crap! Sure, NBC is making money off of it, but does it not also get these pigs off the street.
