NO.
There is inconclusive DNA and no case for Kate McCann to answer.
She is being set up & I am sure the best lawyers in the country, that she has hired will prove this.

If Gerry McCann looks like a murderer because he has a high pitched voice - surely with your dreadful spelling of Scottish you must to be a criminal of some sorts - there is no logic in your dreadful statement - someone having a Scottish accent and high pitched voice does not mean he is guilty of anything - people cannot be judged by such things! Leave it be until the facts come out!
ADDED: Do not contact me again - I am not interested in your narrow views or your spelling or nationality - Thank you

What the heck has the timbre and accent of Gerry McCann's voice got to do with anything? Are we to assume that all male Scots whose voices are in the higher register of the male speaking voice are to be regarded as potential criminals? A barmy suggestion. As far as Kate co-operating with the Portuguese police is concerned, she has done so in the past and I strongly believe she will continue to do so. As for her choice of lawyer, that is entirely her business and none of ours. She is perfectly entitled to employ the best legal counsel that she can afford. Whether we happen to like her choice or not is our problem not hers. She has stated that the Madeleine Fund is to be used solely for finding out what has happened to her child and not to finance her own expenses. As to the big "If". If she is tried in a Portuguese court and found to be guilty then she will be sentenced according to Portuguese law and I consider it to be an improper question to ask us to comment on what we think that sentence should be. I assume that in Portugal as here, an accused person is innocent until proved guilty. Just bear in mind when making comments that Gerry and Kate have not been formally charged with anything.

Oh dear did you not know you are supposed to be asking questions not spreading rumours or being banal. The truth is that the Portugese police are playing down the whole DNA thing as inacurate reporting. Do keep up!!!

Sure looks like the police in Portugal has decided to close
the case regardless of the facts or the lack there of. Did they
get too much world attention? That seems to be the case.
The time has come they need to charge SOMEONE!

Punishment....IF she is guilty she should rot in hell. Imagine the beating she will get from other in mates.....BIG OUCH!
It will be interesting to see if she goes back no problem or if she stamps her feet and kicks up a fuss.
Time will tell.

Where did you hear that?
"IF" she murdered her daughter - which i'm not convinced of yet, then she deserves everything she gets, like any child killer.
She does look like a broken woman, and I wouldn't be surprised if he's involved.
I think that Jane Tanner & Co are heavily involved too.
I can certainly condemn the McCanns for leaving their children alone, but not of murder, not yet.
Time will tell....

OMG I just looked at the channel 4 news site link posted above by little weed (ty) I am shocked , and am wondering what incriminating evidence was revealed in the phone conversations and hundreds of thousands of pages of detailed incriminating evidence. It is certainly looking bad for team Mc Cann. It seems we wont have to wait long either before Kate is arrested. As for the punishment they will all be punished enough by the backlash of what she has put everyone through, the woman needs treatment.

The McCanns will employ every trick in the book, and include the media in their campaign, to avoid extradition to Portugal.
How many members of "Team McCann" will continue to support them if they don't return?

well they should have severe punishment, as any normal parent would get over in uk if they had harmed there child. those twins need to be taken away to safety, or are social service going to wait until another child dies like that wee baby that was on the news, he was return to his family and was died with in a month . people who harm children or worse, should get life , and make it life. thats what they deserve.
