In my opinion, yes, for me it all stems from an interview they did weeks ago, before they were questioned as suspects. The father was saying things like 'my daughter IS beautiful, Is this and that' as if she were still alive where as the mother was saying 'She WAS this and that' as if she knew she was dead.

Then again, i am not sure we will ever find out exactly what happened to her.

IF it does turn out to be them, well, all those people that donated moeny (including me) will have been robbed!

Well my gut feeling says they do know something...but i always try to be careful and fair, as NONE of us really know what has happened and i hate to be too judgmental until we have more information !
However some of us in the public have always felt that something is not quite right in this case...and got shot down for even hinting at the possible involvement of Gerry & Kate McCann..so i don't know ! But i think most people have some capability of reading peoples body language and Kate McCann from day one looks to me like she wanted desperatley to say something and without doubt looks utterley tortured..BUT as usual Gerry McCann has done ALL the talking and very rarely allows her to speak and jumps in at every question..or maybe thats just my imagination along with thousands of other people who seem to have noticed the same thing ??
However im sure that expert Physcologists have been brought in to help in this case so they would surely have some opinion on this !!
I do think that the Portugese Police have taken some unfair critisism as we do have to acknowledge that their LAW is very different than here in the UK..and we have to understand that..I mean there have been questions as to why the Police even searched the McCanns hire car in the first place...but even i know that the Police whether British, Portugese or Chinese will ALWAYS hold more info than their telling the public and in most cases like this the parents and family members are always the first suspects...surely the McCanns intelligence would know that they would still be being monitored to some degree and the Police are hardly going to say out loud " YES WE ARE WATCHING THEM AND THEY ARE UNDER SOME SURVEILLANCE, CAUSE WE THINK THEY DID IT"...that probably is exactly what they thought from the beginning, but they won't let the public know that especially if they haven't got concrete evidence YET..and there waitng for them to trip up or something..so i just don't know why the Portugese Police are taking all this flack..the British Police would work in just the same way ..all be it a little more sophisticated maybe !!
So unfortunatley and much to my sadness..I do think the McCanns know something, im just not sure what..but if they are involved then im certain that whatever happened was an accident and they have simply panicked and got themselves into an undesireable situation....but thats my personal take on it..and we could all be proved very wrong..only time will tell !

Kate appears to have been the main suspect from day 2. Their phone calls and emails were monitored in both countries which required evidence in order to get the warrants.

Kate's clothing was taken for forensic testing!

The police have said nothing as they are banned by law. All that is coming out is coming from the McCann family and friends. But what about the people having dinner with them? They have been banned by the McCanns from saying anything yet they are the best placed to speak!

The McCanns flee Portugal arranging the flight in the early hours. On arrival in the UK they hire two very expensive lawyers including one who is an expert in fighting extradition.

Virtually every action these two take make them look guilty.

So it would appear there is probably a lot they and their dinner companions know that they do not want to come out!!!

I'm at war with myself on this one.
All along from day 1, I have felt a great sadness for their pain and suffering of their missing child, at the same time wondering what kind of person would imagine it was all well to leave three sleeping children asleep. that's been with me all the time.
I am a very firm believer in "innocent until proven guilty".
I dont want to imagine they have fooled the whole world, that in itself is a very difficult thing to do.
To be honest, I really dont think they had anything to do with it, having said that the police and experts are the ones with all of the information.
My sources come from yahoo answers and the Internet, the likes of us , the public are told what they want us to know.
I'm not sure anymore about anything.
I await a happy ending, I await a lot of red faces and I await for an end to come to this saga. More than anything, I think about Madeline, 4 years old, so innocent and such a tragic event happened in in her tiny life, either kidnapped and who knows where, or murdered.

YES !!
I do not believe that they are hideous murderers. On the contrary. I feel they are very Ioving but nonetheless very IRRESPONSIBLE parents who adore their children like we all adore ours. They are victims of themselves ie. of inadvertently, by accident, without obviously meaning too, causing the death of one of their children.
What I do believe, though, from what I read and hear on TV and radio, is that Kate went out for the evening with her husband... under the influence of alcohol (14 bottles of wine in their bedroom), returns to check on their children and finds Madeleine crying... NORMAL... I remember so well waking up in paninc during the night when I was a child screaming for my Mother needing comfort. I remember it so well. Now I am a father and I RUN, yes, RUN to my 9 yr old's bedroom when he wakes up in the night screaming for me or my wife.
So Kate goes back to the flat, slightly under the influence of alcohol overdoses the little girl by accident. What a sh_t .. Oh "My God what do I, what do we do now, Gerry ?" Well, Gerry is also under the influence... and distressed, and out of their minds, semi-drunk.... --- the rest of the story we know.
There is no way that anyone was "...stalking the McCanns for days..." and took the small 10-minute window to snatch the kid. That is stuff of "Murder She Wrote" quality and is not the real world.
For three months we saw them together all the time.
Then the PJ-GNR and suspicions that they did it... They interviewed Kate separately. DID YOU SEE HER FACE around that time ? She no longer looked "distressed". She started to look... relieved.... even had a clear grin on her face!! I think she is mad !! I honestly do think so !! But who knows for sure ? She is a doctor, she has access to drugs, loves alcohol and .... adminsters drugs to their THREE year old child ( 'Calpol' not good enough for her kids, obviously).
I trust the Police in Portugal. Gerry loves his wife and is loyal to his wife. Things now begin to make perfect sense.

Yes I certainly do. I hope it is only to do with how the children were left alone every evening that has made them give so many silly stories. As medical professionals, being caught out as neglectful parents would be very, very hard to bear. they all have egos a mile high. I really do hope that that is what is at the bottom of this.

According to reports there were a lot of questions that they refused to answer when they were interrogated so ,yes, I think they know more than they are admitting to.

Their hasty departure from Portugal and their alleged attempts to use the Fund to hire celebrity lawyers does them no good at all.

Of course they bloody do.
Also I think the Portugese Police aren't as stupid as people are making them out to be. They've kept quiet 2 gather their evidence and when the time is right I think they'll shock everyone. Anyway thats my opinion

I still think they are holding onto information as to what exactly happened that evening . Time checking etc etc .

But they could never disclose that information now as it would make their initial statements look foolish and throw even more suspicion on them .....possibly ....... maybe

99.9% they had some hand in it , But I hold the 0.01% just in case I am wrong

in my opinion i think everyone thinks they do but are afraid to say it in case they are wrong. at the end of the day the police wouldn't hand the case over if they didn't believe it was them/her. i really really don't want it to be them but everyday they look more guilty. i also think if they did do it and they was found guilty they still wouldn't admit it anyway. that's my opinion.
