I'm not willing to get into the whole are they guilty or are they not thing. However, as a mother who has lost a child this year in an accident I can not understand anyone who could kill their child, dispose of the body and then pretend to be poor innocent, suffering parents. I had my son cremated but keep his ashes at home because I am simply not ready to let what remains of him go yet. I will, in time, and I know that he will always be with me in my heart and memory, but at the moment I need to feel that I have something physical left to me. As I said, I am not commenting on the McCanns in particular, I don't know if they are guilty and prefer to wait until they are proved so. If they are not, then I can, in a small way, identify with their anguish. However, there are others who have killed their child and then gone through the whole public suffering thing who have later been found guilty, so I can comment on them. These people are indeed monsters who will pay when God judges them, we cannot hide guilt from him.

Many people are disposed of via pigs. Now don't think you can just feed a bit of the body at a time to the piggies with their slops, instead you should starve the pigs for around 6 days (this derived from many experimental disposals) and then chop the body up and the pigs with clean up the mess, bones and all. For a complete clean up you require the correct amount of pigs so bodies under 50kg you require between 6-8 pigs, for 50kg-100kg you require at least 13 pigs, for 100kg-150kg you need 18-20 and finally anything over that your need a minimum of 25. If you need any more details just ask.

I honestly don't believe they could be that calculating, or would have had the local knowledge to hide a body not only once, but twice in anunfammiliar environment and the body not been found/traced.
I truly don't think they are guilty of murdering madeleine, and hope to God I am right.
As for Kate choosing catholicism when she chooses - have you never gone against your beliefs or morals. I am sure there are many, many catholics who have had IVF treatment, the yearning for a child can be overbearing

How on earth can you say "they are monsters" when they have not been found guilty of anything yet? You seem to be 100% positive they are guilty without having any solid evidence whatsover. Just because people make accusations in the newspapers does not mean you are guilty. Guilt or innocence is for the Judge to decide. In the meantime we should leave them alone.

we don't know everything about what happened ,its looks more likely that they have had something to do with Madeleine's disappearance but i still wonder how they managed to pull it off with all the media attention they had, surly the media would have followed them, then again they might have had outside help from someone else.
something doesn't add up about their story.
I think if the UK police had been involved from the start the truth would have come out by now.
I wonder if the police will ever find Madeleine's body so this innocent little girl can rest in peace.

If one can commit a murder I don't think for a minute they
are going to think about a burial.
And as they are staunch catholic don't you think that to go through with having IVF it would make their child a very special child indeed. Are they the only catholics to have IVF then.
Do catholics not get divorced, murder, rape and the rest of it.
WE ARE ALL HUMAN.
Please don't call them monsters - until there is proof.
INNOCENT UNTIL PROVED GUILTY.

At the time of writing this there is no proof of anything. Last night there were reports that DNA in the hire car definitely was Madeleine's, today the reports are that it may be not so.
Until there is proof one way or the other, I prefer to sit on the fence. I find it hard to believe that the parents killed her.

Hold up a minute. Its not confirmed, like you said, its looking more & more like they're gonna be charged. They havent been yet.
I agree, if they did do it, I cant imagine that she wouldnt have a proper burial if it was an accident and I cant imagine a parent resenting a child that much to deny them a proper burial. They spent an awful lot of time at the church and I believe any conversations between a priest and his flock is confidential. Maybe someone should ask the priest if he can shed any light on it.

Why not wait and see if they are charged, then wait and see if they are found guilty before you start accusing them of being monsters. Don't forget, we are only hearing a very small amount of the evidence because the Portuguese police are not allowed to release information, and opinions based on what you read in the paper are bound to be based on guesswork and presumption (either the reporter's or the reader's)
Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?

I agree with the earlier reference... Christians have done appalling things over the ages. One more will not change much.
We do not know it they did it, we do not know if they didn't.
If they killed her deliberately (including through neglect) they might fear for their careers! So they would do what they could to secure their own future. That would seem like normal christian behaviour to some. And the bible does say that if a child disrespects it's parents the parents must put that child to death. ("All who curse their father or mother must be put to death. - Leviticus 20:9")
So your question seems to show more of that judgemental side to the christian faith... you want to go and stone them now?
