i heard on CNN or one of those news stations that some lawmakers are wanting teachers to be armed.is this crazy or what.
most schools anymore have police and guards allready.is there really a reason to have the teachers armed?
i personnally have weapons at my house.i am ex military,and i have had hunters safety course and in the process of getting my concealed carry permit.i think that i am well certified to have a firearm.
i just dont think i would like a person of whom i dont know from adam to be able to carry a weapon in a classroom full of 8 year old kids.
what would happen if a child at school was able to get hands on that weapon?
give me ur thoughts

ok, at my college we heard news on tv that there was a possible kidnapping...here's how it supposedly happened...a girl was walking outside, and there are parking lots for visitors, well i guess she was standing near it, and she heard a muffled noise saying help help, and there was some knocking, and that happened in the morning, and i guess she saw the guy walking and went to the car and drove off, here's what i think is about this, first of all why would the guy leave a kidnapped chick in the "trunk" or wherever by herself, didn't he know that students or people are gonna walk past the car and maybe hear a noise and call the police?...and what the hell was he doing at college, oh and the chick said there was no license on his car, and she didn't even bother to get closer to the car and maybe offer a help i guess the girl didn't have a cell phone to call the police and she had to go inside, and when she called, she got out and the car was gone

Well, well. Why do we always blame the people in power first for things that we don't like. Like it or not, Bush was elected, not given power. A majority of our country decided that Bush was the right person for the job. Now, lesser of two evils or not, he is our president and will be until the end of term. I wish idiots would just shut up about iraq and terrorism and Katrina and FEMA. What about good stuff that's happening right now? NASDAQ is at record highs and blah blah blah. Let me know!

There is a group of people coming down from Kansas, to tell us Pa that the shooting is a punishment from God. This is totally wrong, if u live in Kansas tell your people NO don't do it..! It'll just give non christians to think that God punished people and doesn't help. This shooting WAS NOT from God, it is because of the sin in the world. I have MANY non christian family members and if these Kansas people come to PA and tell non christians this, i will never be able to get my family saved. Now i am only 13 years old. I just read an article in our local paper entitled "Westboro Baptist Church won't picket girls' funerals". This is the "church", and I use this word loosely, best known for picketing military funerals. They had planned to picket the funerals of the Amish girls who were shot in their school. They called it off because they agreed to one hour of airtime on a radio station in exchange for not picketing the funerals. I'm so angry at these people, I don't even have words to describe how I feel. Anyone mourning the death of a loved one should be able to grieve in peace! Is anyone else as ticked off about this as I am?

I signed up to be the editor of my school newsletter. It's a small school and the newsletter for our class (psychiattric aide) but will be distributed to the whole school (maybe 200 people). Anyways, where can i find a newsletter format that's free and looks cool . I already tried the microsoft website, and the one I wanted (Newsletter Wizard), wouldn't download correctly, only the footer showed up? Can you tell me how to do it correctly? Or just give me some newletter format links or something? Thanks
