are you asking what proof can you use to prove that the death penalty is good?
not sure I understand why you are asking what question would prove the death penalty was good.
But if you are looking for proof..............think of it this way.........
once the lying raping killing bastards are dead............they cant hurt anyone else...........case closed

Everytime I have made a speech or did a report, I have always started off with a scenario. eg...a man breaks into a home and murders a family.....why show him mercy when he didn't show them any. Anytime you're trying to prove a point like the death penalty, you use things that make people think...that put them in someone else's shoes. Alway appeal to your audience.

That if it were enforced there might not be as many murders....... rapes........ criminal acts, because these evil people...... would have something to be scared of........
Why don't you say it would be "cost effective".

try to ask the judge....." What if your wife and kids were being raped and then slashed thier throat in front of you.....? would you still choose life sentence judge.....?! "
