i live in an apartment and i want to move to a 4 bedroom villa, but the problem is, i dont know how to.. i have been looking for them on the net and on the news papers, but they are all crap... they just want to pull money out of ur pocket :( were should i go?

1) where do I cut on the plant - do I cut multiple places
2) I think I put them in some water to get their roots started -- right? for how long?
3) do I then just put the cuttings (with their new roots) into another planter with soil/fertilizer/water?

I am interested in a home, 1652 sq. ft with pool in nice neighborhood, they are asking $139.9K...according to zillow.com the assesed value is $107K...Just wondering what kind of offer I should make? I think that the 130's are way too high, but was wondering if they would think I am trying to low-ball if I offered like $120K?

I know someone who bought a 2450 sq. ft house in the same neighborhood with pool for less than $130K...

What are your thoughts?

I have two cats. They are 5 and 8 and I have adopted them recently. We started with a litter tray indoors but encouraged them to use the cat flap and go outside by moving the litter tray outside. One cat used the litter tray but the other was sporadic and would poo indoors. I gave up and got a second litter tray indoors. Both cats now use the tray indoors but one has started to poo outside the box again.

It's a Kenmore 28 machine with all different stitches. It has zig-zag, button hole, etc. It has 2 dials side by side that you can select certain stitches. I already bought a manual that is almost like it (the store couldn't find the right one). I just need it to see how to thread machine, wind bobbin and put bobbin in machine. Just the simple things. I'm not really into the button hole and zig-zag stitches. The manual is too expensive and I thought someone had one that you could e-mail me or mail me. Thanks. If I can get one I will take back the other one.

Whenever I have my septic tank pumped (every two years), the company that does it always tells me that I need to buy some expensive liquid baterial culture material to "jump start" my septic. Is this true? Is there any benefit of this stuff, or is it a septic pumpers scam? Wouldn't a box or two of Rid-X do the same (for a fraction of the cost)?
