Recently mowed wet grass and later parked lawn mower in driveway just long enough to leak all over concrete. Simple dishwashing soap and hot water don't seem to do the trick.

I mean, every home owner would agree that paying for a house is one thing, affording it another. If someone would make my house three times larger, add a huge garage and put extensive landscaping in, wow... I would have to get a second job just to maintain it. The electricity bill alone would send me to brokeville. Am I the only one thinking this way?

On 2005, I was dragged into court by a corporation I had had NO legal dealings with which has became the owner of the property I lived on for 31 years through the inheritance of the president and treasurer.I was NEVER legally notified when they became the property owners. In short I was sued by a corporation I had NO contracts nor dealings with. They later went on to sign and then invalidate two contracts with NC DOT simply by incorporating. How can this kind of thing be stopped???

I know that you can count the rings, but thats only if you cut it down. That is not an option. A friend of mine had an Oak cut down which was smaller than mine containing 300 rings. The Oak tree in our woods stands 110ft tall and is 8 foot wide at the base. It has roots that pertrude out of the ground that are two feet wide.

I hate picking up dead mice from a trap. The last one I caught in a trap was still alive. It wasn't his head in the trap, it was his foot so he was still alive.
