Too many variables for anyone to give you a definitive answer. Best advice is to look in your local Yellow Pages or newspaper classified ads for "sawmills", "loggers", or "timber buyers". They will come out to your property and survey the harvestable timber and make you an offer.

Depend in what state or provinces but in Mississippi the saw-timber pine wood is about 44.00 dollars a ton.
