We have one of them at work and every week i put my lottery ticket in the leaves in the hope that the luck will rub off onto it and guess what nearly every week i get 2 numbers and thats it so lucky bamboo plant HUH more like unlucky bamboo plant if i lived near a zoo i would go feed it to the pandas that would serve it right!!

Make sure it has water, change it every 6 months or so so it doesnt go off and leave, will grow on its own.

used to, till the stems dried up one by one. i don't consider myself unlucky, however. d'you know that you're not sposed to buy one of these plants for yourself? someone is sposed to gift them to you for luck.
