I'm looking for a detailed (free) checklist of items I'll need to choose when building a new home. Something that would list all the things I'll need to make personal choices on; appliances, countertops, siding, roofing, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, windows, paving driveway, etc.

Even better if I can find a (free) list of the whole step-by-step process of home building. Something that lists things I might not think of like checking with the city about sewer or power hookups in a home in the country.

Thanks very much for any help you might be able to provide. It will be much appreciated.

I have a very big watermalon and planning on eating that watermalon soon. on your birthday which do you like the best and u will choose watermelon or ice cream and why? i say water because is healthy and its good for your body as well. ice cream is just a junk type of food unless u are eating with your lover. and sharing ice cream, that i most admin its feel good to do it with lover. but in the other hand watermalon is also good because when u make sex in bed, you can have watermalon next to you and you can touch that malon on your lover. that is sexy part about it. but the question is, what do you like to have water or ice cream?

Im going to mexico tommorow. im going to hire a cleaning maid to clean my house. What are some things i should go over with my house maid. Hey I have been thinking of building my own house well hiring a crew to build it I mean. I had a couple of questions I rent right now so I am not sure on the whole home owner stuff. Can I take out a loan if I have good enough credit to build one? would $100,000 be enough to build a decent house? If I do all the painting and wallpaper hanging and stuff like that will that save me money. I drew up my own plans can I take those to a contractor or do they need to draw up their own? thanks alot.

Recently when i've gone 2 feed my dog @ night, there hav been slugs all in her bowl and around it. I go and salt them and clean out her bowl and give her new food, but is there ne way to keep them from comeing around completely?
