a godly man- thus he has everything, loving, caring, respectful, gentle man, understanding, and all the good traits one can posses... yeah i know its hard to be perfect but at least you try. We all have the capacity to have the characteristics of a great/good person/man. That's what we all want (not only woman ayt?)... yes,characteristics matter much than the looks of a guy especially for a lady... we focus more on the attitude of a guy than his looks, its just a second priority though;)

It depends on the woman. If the woman has good character, values and integrity, she will like the same in a man,
If she doesn't have values, integrity and good character, it will not be important to her because she won't know any better.

speaking for myself, a kind heart and a good sense of humour most importantly... also someone that is a good provider (has an honest job, but with some time for family), is honest and also shares interests with me is a big bonus.
