Two groups of people were each shown the identical manufactured homes at a home show with identical suggested selling prices. Both groups were invited to walkthrough the home and ask any questions that came to mind. After viewing the home, the people were asked to answer a survey. One of the survey questions was "do you think the selling price represents a fair value for the home you just visited?" What was different about the two homes that resulted in such drastic differences of opinion as to value?

I'm starting to notice more and more at bars and restaurants clear (ziploc) bags hanging from the rafters, filled with sugar water and a penny. We were told that the bags were used to repel flies. Does anybody know how that works?

Iv'e been busy planting out plants in my garden but the neighbours cats keep digging them up as well as doing their toilet in that particular patch.Is there a safe way of detering them away from there without harming the cats or my plants. I'm going CRAZY !! Please help..

Just curious. Is there any site where in I can get a picturesque of a house just by the address given to me.

I know there is this site called map quest it just give direction, streets, region etc. but what I want is how does a certain house looks like just by it's address.

I've recently bought a house and spent a fair amount decorating it. I've now moved in and discovered my neighbours make a hell of a lot of noise. I want to try and reduce this noise without having to put up soundproofing panels and having to redecorate.
