Actually Nick, it doesn't matter where she is talking about, she needs to contact her county's Dept. of Housing to determine who will accept section 8 tenants in her area. Most apartment complexs will not advertise the fact that they accept section 8 in fear it will dissuade prospective paying tenants from applying. The kind of apartment that DOES advertise section 8 acceptance, is likely to be a huge rat-hole.
