Easy, go to school get a good job that pays loadsa money and save like mad, mortgage yourself for asmuch asyou can and buy in as flash an area as you can

Why would you want to do this.
I looked at houses on private estates and they were awful, we looked at the house we have now in 2000, we got it for 47.000 it has four decent bedrooms, a large living room, a reasonable dining room, upstairs bathroom and a good sized shower room downstairs. large garden room for the car at the front drive. It's now worth about 125.000
Plus we're 5 minutes from the beach.
The street has a good mix of older people and younger families.
I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

buy ex council there not all bad estates but the houses are 100% better bulit
