Again, I have a well. We have a pump and a well water holding tank that does not keep up good pressure. The pressure gets below 25 pounds and that makes for very little pressure up stairs. I believe that there is an adjustment screw. I can see two screws; but need to know which one to adjust - clockwise or counter clockwise.. Appreciate the help. Thanks

My garage is linked to my next door neighbours, they have the end of a row and therefore have a considerably larger garden. I would like to demolish my half to enlarge the garden. it has an asbestos cement roof and is split in the middle by a solid concrete wall.

The AC unit is wall mounted, mid size unit. It only happens when it is really hot in the afternoon and only on certain occasions. It is located in my office which is a big power drain (computer, monitor, lights, fax, ect). The home is a large, newly built home.

Can the problem be remedied by a larger fuse?

this is no ordinary running toilet!
it doesn't continually run, it will just suddenly sound like someone has flushed it (not a complete flush, just the refilling part of the flush), but no one is anywhere near it. this will continually happen throughout the day, for more then one day, till eventually there is no water left in the tank
I've completely replaced the entire flushing mechanism, but no help
ruling out the possibility that I might have a toilet flushing ghost in my house, any serious suggestions would be greatly appreciated
