you will need a chair, yourself, a new bulb and a hundred friends. Stand on chair, hold old bulb, ask friends to pick up your house and rotate. Take out old bulb, fit new bulb, ask friends to pick up the house and put it back.Then pat yourself on the back for a job well done.

First turn off the button and cut the current. It is better if you cut off from the main switch or take off the fuses. Then, by turning to left take off the old bulb and by turning to right put the new bulb to its place...

take out light bulb from fixture then take out new light bulb and screw it in there and throw away the blown out bulb

check to see ifits a screw typoe (edison) or bayonet type. For the edison you just unscrew gently to the left and replace by screwing gently to the right. for a bayonet fitting, gently push in the bulb and turn 30degrees to the left, it will pop out. to replace gently push in and turn to the right til it stops.

That depends, is it plug in, screw in or something else...
Are you talking home, lamp, car, bicycle, flashlight or something else...
Is it within reach or is it very very high up, low down, hard to reach or something else.
Is it incandesent, halogen, soft white, clear, colored, black light or strobe or something else.
Better yet find someone who knows how to dial a phone and show it to them they can either help you or call someone who can.
