Wash and wipe with soap and water. Try to (gather) the mold as you wipe. Treat the stuff like toxic waste and double bag it and remove from the area. The less mold spores you leave around the smaller the problem will eventually become.

Ditto. Use bleach. Watch out if you have flowers growing next to the house or Grass or it will dis-color it!

Rent a power washer from home depot and wash it off.
