Last year I bought an iris from an iris farm, The iris is supposed to bloom twice a year, in the fall and spring. It has been almost a year and still no blooms, but seems to me multiplying well. Should I did it up and transplant it to where it gets more sun, and is it okay to do this during this time of year? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

We have 2 black walnut trees with branches that run too vertical to attach any type of swing (the swing would be right against the tree), plus the branches are about 40 feet up. We were thinking about trying to do it between the 2 trees but don't want to damage them. The only plans I could find are for zip lines and entail drilling all the way through the tree. Any ideas for doing this in a tree-friendly way?

This may seem weird and/or impossible to most of you, but i need opinions?

I moved into my new house and the back garden has been laid full of chips (stones)

I am ABSOLUTELY PETRIFIED of spiders. I walked into my garden and took one step in and they are EVERYWHERE!! My partner said he went out and took one big stomp and seen hundreds.

I want to take my child outback to play but i cant! Is there anything I can do to move them along? lol

Anything i can plant etc to get them to just go away!!

Thank you :o)

My lawn mower starts OK, runs about 20 minutes, and putters and stops. Aftert about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour, it will start OK, and then, about 20 minutes, it will repeat itself and stop. This pattern is consistent. There is gas in the carburator.

Is is true when you spray an orchid, the leaves should not be wet. If so, why.
Can I safely pinch back the old flowers for new growth or should they fall off on their own.
I'm actually having success with this orchid and would appreciate any/all advice from experienced growers, not just reference on the net nor in my book.
Thanks.

This is just a seedling, and has 3 groups of three leaves with sawtooth edges. the stem is a purple/red color, and it looks like it has runner roots. I have a picture, and I am trying to find out if this is a weed or not. I was told by someone that this could be a type of moss rose. If someone could tell me what type of plant this is, that would be great. Thank you.
