You need to go to an aquatic shop, or garden centre that sells fish, and get some Ph balancing chemical for your pond. Or alternately if you know of someone who keeps an indoor aquarium, ask them if you could have some of their tank safe to put in tap water, that will get you by until it rains and fills your pond again.Before putting the Ph chemical or Tank safe in the pond with tap water, you will need to fish out the tadpoles, and the fish, and put them in a large bucket along with the small amount of water that you have left in the pond.
Although the shop will tell you that you need to leave the pond for about a week, it is not essential. We had a pond, and used these chemicals, and introduced the fish within about 2 hours, they thrived. The main thing is to provide oxygen. If you put some of the oxygenating plants in the bucket when you transfer they will be OK.

Good luck.

If you have enough tadpoles and the use of some mayonnaise, Hickory Smoke flavoring, and a good blender, the tadpoles make a pretty darn good fish spread.

Drain the pond and get on with your life.

Tadpoles can live a short while in tapwater, around 2 hours of exposure should be fine. During those two hours i would go to a local pet store and buy DECHLORINATION DROPS. you place them in the water and it nuetralizes the chlorine so it it harmless.

Let the tap water stand in a bucket for 24 hours before adding it to the pond.

you can buy treatments from pond specialists that reduce the effects of the chemicals found in tap water. You could still fill it up though as the effects aren't immediate, if at all really.

Fill it up gradually over a few days, just put 3" in today and then a bit more tomorrow, should be fine. you just need to let the chlorine gas off that's all.

Use only dechlorinated fresh water;

** let it stand in the sun for a few days to let all the chlorine dissipate,**

or treat with dechlorination drops as for aquariums. Tadpoles are extremely sensitive to the presence of chlorine and heavy metals.
