Urea-Formaldehyde is a resin found in MDF which can cause health hazards, but is Urea-formaldehyde actually considered as being toxic?

This is the original valve installed in a new home around 1982. I can remove the handle and trim plate, but can't see any identifying information on the valve, plate or handle? It's a shower-only (no tub) single-valve setup: pull-push for on-off, twist for temperature control.

we're building a new house and sewer is not an option. is fall an ok season to put one in, or should i wait til spring? and how expensive is it from scratch?

I have looked at Home Depot, KMart, Dollar Stores, Grocery Stores, anyone know what store carries them? I live in the DC area, someone should have them, I see them on people's lawns...my daughter wants us to have some! Thanks!

i'll descridbe it:
in mn
3 lobes ( the two on the side small, big one in middle)
jagged edge
dark green ( its fall, so it might be different)
its about 1 1/2- 2 inches long, stem is about an inch long
3 main vains coming from stem

I personally use a bath chair, the kind elderly people use, as a nightstand and drape old sheets over anything unsightly I want to conceal. Hoarders have a decor all their own! :)

That stuff could wipe the smell of a dead mouse or a skunk under the house out in 20 minutes. I'm really disappointed that I can't find a place to buy it. :(......... You find a good product and then it disappears. :( ................

i'm re-decorating my room and i want a vintage / artsy room. so far i only bought this breakfast at tiffany's poster and that's vintage but what else could i do? what are good stores in LA or the san fernando valley? i want to paint my room red or purple, what color furniture goes well w/ that? should i paint my whole room red or purple (all 4 walls, ceiling, door) or would that be too dark? thanks!
