The degree helps, at least you won't be starting at subminimal/agricultural wages, but pretty close to it.
Agriculture/horticulture work will keep you humble in pay.

Only way to earn "bigger" bucks is to work your way up to either managing or owning a multimillion dollar business...before expenses, LOL! Still don't expect to be driving Mercedes or Lexus.

you will start off doing the dirty work, you must love what you do, you will get paid very little for years. if you stick with it as a lifelong career, you can make good money. it you really want to make money, i would recommend a lot of other careers. horticulture.....farming in general is a labor of love:) lawyers are better professions for people who want money
