does anyone know where I would start looking for an honest house cleaner in Stapleton Alabama. someone who doesn't mind doing the rough house work, like washing paint work, scrubbing floors, and really keeping a house spotlessly clean. i have problems with my hands and can't do the work myself.

It looks like it may need an adaptor or a different hose or wand. It only cost me £20 as a second cleaner for the car so I'm not too worried but I may just be being blonde and overlooking something. Its a yellow and grey Brush control DC04 model. Any ideas??

I am repainting my bedroom to a creamy ivory color with chocolate accents and the closets are painted white inside (they are pretty dirty as the house is over 50 years old, so they need painting anyway). Should I repaint them white or should I repaint them with the wall color?

Secondly, I have 2 closets in my room, one large one that has hanging bars and one small one that I'm installing shelving in. Should I paint both the same color? Again, just a fresh coat of white or the ivory color?

Thanks for your advice!

I have a bare wall in my bathroom between the entrance door and the edge of the shower and I would like to mount a towel rack, the light switch is kind of in the way so it has to go either above or below. The light switch is centered 48" from the floor and I have 22 inches from the switch plate and the shower. How high should I mount a towel rod?

My fiance and I were looking into having a company build a house for us. They have houses they can build ranging in prices. We are looking at one that's under 1500 sf. Do houses like this normally get put together faster since they use the same models?

Do you have an idea of how long it would take? We will be renting an apartment for at least 6 months prior.

I bought a used John Deere model 111 lawnmower, and have two related problems: it won't start with the key, i have to jump it across the solenoid, and as soon as I turn on the PTO, it stalls. I've replaced the solenoid and key switch, and a new battery. As soon as I jump it it fires and runs great(12HP Briggs). If anyone has any experience with this, I'd appreciate the help.
Thanks

I cut up an old potatoe and planted it. The plants got huge and almost look like a bush. But they never got flowers on them. I'm not sure when to dig them up but the plants are now starting to yellow and wilt. I live in No.GA.

I have a "form" I bought long ago, that makes "cobble stone" by using quickcrete/concrete mix.....you can make one little 3x3 area of stones, or turn the form every other time and make complete paths....works great, used it a long time ago...would like to use it again, while on my days off, hubby has to work, so it's my little project, and the weather is perfect for it this Mon/Tues....My question is can I do the mixing without having a wheel barrow...??? I would appreciate any advice, thanks ahead of time!!!
