its not the ice maker its ok and its cooling ok,just losing waterunderneath what is it?

This is normal. It is condensation. There should be a catch pan underneath the fridge. Take off the kick panel at the bottom of the front, pull out pan & dump the water. It is probably overflowing

Is the catch pan broke. Usually there is a catch pan and heat from the compressoe evaporates it. Also need to make sure that it is level.

The evaporator coil is causing condensation, your catch tray may have a leak. If defrost timer is going off sporatically then it may be too much water for tray to handle.
